WIIFM (pronounced wifim) What’s In It For Me. That is the only thing that most visitors care about when viewing your website. What’s in it for them? Do you know? You must. That’s why you have a website for your real estate business. You need to think of your website as a solution to a problem. That is why most users are visiting. Now the problem may be that they are bored a work and the solution is provided by Perez Hilton. But to distill it down to the core is you must think of your site as a solution to a problem.
I need to sell my house.
I need to get financing.
I need a someone to manage my property.
Remember, if you speak to their problems and provide a solution you are 90% there. Then you just have to ask for their business. You’ll go a long way to avoid created wasted pages by asking the simple question WIIFM.
