Quicken Rental Property Manager

If you are pulling your hair out trying to make your own spreadsheets or using the old dome book keeping folders for your rental property management you need to check out Quicken Rental Property Manager 2009. Very, Very, Very simple. If you have a handful of rentals (under 20) this will probably do the trick. It’s cheaper than most programs out there and does more than I require for my rentals. It also spits out a handy report to turn into your CPA.
