Claiming to be ” The Only Twitter Tool Specifically for Residential / Commercial Real Estate and Vacation Listings”. Tweelister allows you to manage your listings through their control panel. It looks to be designed for brokers and fsbos but I’m sure the tech savvy wholesalers  can figure out a use as well.

From Tweetlister.com

TweetLister is a free service that allows real estate brokers and owners to take full advantage of the vast, wide-reaching social network on Twitter.com. With TweetLister, you can easily create, post and manage all of your Twitter listings. You can track clicks on your listings, and collect leads – all in one spot. It’s easy. It’s friendly. And (did we mention?) it’s free.

TweetLister is perfect for real estate brokers and owners who are selling, renting or leasing properties of all types — residential, commercial, vacation, land and others. It gives you an easy and convenient way to quickly create Twitter-friendly “tweets” without any guesswork. Our carefully developed listing form creates an information-packed, searchable property listing tweet for you every time. Your listing will feature the information people want to know about a property, including features (choose from our selection of common features, or personalize your listing by adding your own). And since more and more Twitter users are searching for specific information in addition to following people of interest (see Washington Post, May 6, 2009), your information-based listing will find its way to the people who want it most.

Every TweetLister tweet links to a detail page, which includes all of your information, an optional photo of your property, a link to your website or your own property detail page, and a contact form that sends you the information by email. Using TweetLister’s control panel, which you will see as soon as you login, you can access statistics about your listings, you can adjust the features and pricing in the listing, and you can view and download leads for each listing — so you don’t miss a potential deal!

If you’re looking for real estate, use our Search Listings feature — a way to locate Twitter real estate listings by the criteria that matters to you. You’ll see listings from TweetLister tweets and regular Twitter tweets, and be able to easily contact any seller using our contact form.

TweetLister was created by web veterans Lloyd Chrein, Mark Schleimer and Prerak Parikh, who have worked together for more than a decade creating websites and web-based tools for real estate companies of all kinds. With the advent of Twitter, and the tremendous potential it offers for reaching millions of people quickly and easily, Lloyd, Mark and Prerak instantly saw the need for a web tool that would help brokers and owners post, manage and schedule their Twitter listings in a friendly, familiar way.
